As you may have read in our previous posts Las Vegas has started a new project called the “Linq Project”. This project is going to re-vamp the way the we look at the strip.
O’sheas last call was on April 30th 2012. Many people showed up for its last call around noon on that fateful Monday. There were notes all across the walls showing how much the bar will be missed. From the easy “Goodbyes” sentimental ““We opened you in 1989 … and closed you in 2012.”
But fear not, a new O’sheas is springing up a little farther east in the entertainment alley and will feature a few new games and attractions.
Brian Thomas, also known as Lucky the Leprechaun, pours a shot for a guest during the Final Countdown party at O’Sheas on Sunday, April 29, 2012. The casino will close at noon Monday, April 30, to make room for the Linq project, a $500 million entertainment, retail and dining corridor set to open in 2013.
