Central offers a 24-hour dining experience daily highlighting breakfast, lunch, and dinner selections. The 9,600 square-foot restaurant will seat approximately 300 guests including an outdoor patio terrace. The restaurant also will feature a large lounge complete with full bar including several beers on tap and a specialty cocktail menu. The menu will feature many Central signature items such as Richard's celebrated burger, 72-hour short ribs, fried chicken, razor clam chowder and fresh oysters. The Caesars Palace location also will offer many new selections and will maintain the Richard style of light and fresh with witty presentation.
