The Tropicana has been around for a while, but they have updated a lot of the Casino and Hotel. There are still remnants of the old Tropicana that need updating, but we are sure they will get to that.

The rooms are nice with a South Beach theme. The rooms are priced right and we feel you get a pretty good deal with since the pricing is competitive. The rooms are a good size and have large flat-screen TVs with HD programming. The rooms are very contemporary with light colors. The beds have been upgraded with nice big mattresses. The rooms also have iPod docks. The bathrooms are still average, but overall we would stay here.

The Tropicana has a resort fee around $10 and it includes wireless internet, fitness center access, access to the pool and dink specials

The pool is looking good and restored to its former glory.
